Anna Nicole died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs, according to the autopsy report (PDF). I don't know what all the medical terminology means, but it looks like she didn't have a gastric bypass at any point, and TrimSpa didn't kill her either. Poor Anna Nicole.
There is a pair of red lips in the right lower abdominal quadrant. Two red cherries are on the right mid pelvis. A “Playboy Bunny” is on the left anterior mid pelvis. The words “Daniel” and “Papas” are on the mid anterior pelvis region. A mixed tattoo on the right lower leg and ankle represents: Christ’s head; Our Lady of Guadalupe; the Holy Bible; the naked torso of a woman; the smiling face of Marilyn Monroe; a cross; a heart and shooting flames. A mermaid on a flower bed with a pair of lips underneath it laying across the lower back.
Sad.
ETA: There may be something going on with her heart. CNN didn't provide the separate cardiopathology report, and the coroner allegedly "saw something that looked a little bit unusual" in her heart.

This whole situation has sickened me. Not just her death but the way so many people (her mom, for one) have come out of the woodwork in order to profit from her death. Don't even get me started on Larry Birkhead applying for a trademark on the phrase "goodnight my sweet anna baby". He was the one person who I thought actually cared for her and was above all of the BS. Guess I was wrong.

I'm telling you! The heart issues are because of the trimspa she was peddling (or whatever it was that made her so stick-insect looking). Haven't plenty of people gotten sick or died from diet drugs already?
I mourned for the beautiful, full-figured Anna Nicole a long time ago...
Was she ever on Fen-Phen (or however they hyphenated it)? There were plenty of cases of heart problems associated with that. My own mom was on it and I thank God nothing ever went wrong with her heart.
And if Ana was ever anorexic for a while (she did model, y'all), I've read that that can leave lasting heart problems, even in recovering anorexics.
Add the stress of a multibillion-dollar lawsuit and the passing of a child, and, well ...
I just hope she's no longer in pain.

Actually, the Trim Spa isn't what made her lose all that weight. It was fasting and a lot of laxatives. That's why she and Trim Spa were facing a class-action lawsuit.
Sudden, massive weight changes---especially repeated ones---put a tremendous strain on the heart. Medical professionals have stated that both John Candy and Benny Hill greatly weakened their hearts by this kind of repeated yo-yo dieting. And it appears that Anna Nicole damaged her heart the same way, but made it even more deadly by her drug abuse.
