Tom Cruise Continues To Be Creepy
Well, it’s been at least two weeks since Katie “Kate” Holmes has had her tiny Scientology baby, so that means it’s time for her to get that ass in shape for the wedding.
"Hubby-to-be Tom Cruise has signed her up to a company called Buff Brides, in preparation for their wedding later this year. Buff Brides' Sue Fleming told the Daily Mirror: 'Katie can and will do it... She has great motivation. She loves her fiance and was proud that Tom oversaw this programme…He told her he wanted her to be the most beautiful bride ever. She was in tears when he said that.’"
Yeah, I'll just bet. That reminds me of this awesome Go Fug Yourself entry from a couple of days ago:

Creepy doesn't even begin to describe Tom Cruise. And stupid-for-staying-with-him doesn't begin to describe 'Kate.'
Do you think Nicole Kidman reads this drivel and thinks to herself "Thank God I'm dovorced!!"?
It boggles my mind how hard Tom's agents and publicists must have worked to keep his true control-freak craziness and general delusional know-it-all nature out of the press.
Tom's biggest mistake was firing them and hiring his Scientologist sister as his PR flak.
I read that Parade Magazine (found in a lot of small local Sunday papers) did a poll asking if people if they thought Tom was mental or if it was the media's fault that people think he's mental. The poll showed that A HUGE amount of people thought the media was to blame. THEN Parade investigated the IP addresses and found that most of the votes came from only 10 computers. His buddies, skewing the poll!!! How nuts is that? But also smart because the average American probably reads Parade.
RE: "Fit Bride"...The idea that it's all TOM'S idea is what makes me sick. I'm with Katie's dad that she needs to hang out and just recuperate. It took my sister a month to feel like doing anything more difficult than walking to the bassinet back to her bed.
I would be in tears too. That poor, poor girl.
Interesting that this post comes so close on the heels of the one about the girl with the controlling boyfriend who's telling her to loose weight.
I never liked him and have, after that business with Brooke Shields, begun to actively wish for bad things to happen to him. A few weeks ago, I was at a movie here in NYC. It was opening weekend for the movie we were seeing, and we were seeing it at the big Loew's theater on the Upper West Side. We were seeing "Friends with Money," and it was being shown in the largest movie theater they had at this Loew's, the one with a balcony. I'd estimate there were probably close to 500 people in the audience. A trailer came on for MI3, and I think almost every person in that theater hissed. People actually hissed.
